Diet Recipes???

Does anyone know any good diet recipes? I am getting bored with the same old stuff. Please help!!! I like to stay under 300 calories per serving.

    Well I found a fast food like recipes that are way healthier for you than real fast food.

    McDonald like french fries;
    - 1 3/4 tsp salt
    - 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    - 2 russet potatoes

    Preheat over to 400 degrees. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, adding 1 tsp of the salt to the water. Peel the potatoes, then cut them into 1/4-inch-thick fries. Transfer fries to the boiling water. Cook for exactly 21/2 minutes. Drain the fries in a colander, and let cool down for about 5 minutes. Transfer the fries into a mixing bowl, drizzle with the oil, and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt. Place fries on a large nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining salt and dig in!
