how to get rid of extra skin after weight loss….?
i gained about 70lbs throughout my pregnancy and the year after the birth of my child… i am now loosing the wieght a few pounds at a time and i have extra skin in a few places… i do not want to have surgery to get rid of it because i want to have more children and i dont want to have to do it all over again… has anyone lost a lot of wieght and gotten rid of the extra skin by just excersize alone? if so … what kind should i do? thanks for all of your help.

You need to do resistance training (i.e. weights) to replace some of the bodyfat that you lost with muscle, this will tighten up the skin.
If you keep exercising while dieting your skin should contract on its own…..not just abs crunching but total body work out. And an oil massage once a week
The loose skin is really hard to get rid of unless you have fantastic skin to begin with. Exercise and good diet will help and if you are VERY lucky, most of the looseness will go away. If you have stretch marks, they will fade to a whitish color but never really leave you. Just remember, you are not the skinny kid you were before. You are now a mother. A mature woman not a girl and that means that there will be changes in your body. Your hips get a bit fuller (better for bouncing the baby). A slight roundness to your stomach (Reuben painted beautiful women with a round belly) is normal. Don’t stress too much. Your husband will still love you even if you’re not the stick that he married. Most importantly, you must accept what you are now and not stress too much over it. You can only do so much and the rest is up to nature.
I dont know if you can get rid of loose skin…just make sure you are losing weight gradually …if there is rapid weight loss then you will have loose skin
