How to eat on a hi-protein & low carb diet? I eat protein b4 and after exercise and low carbs non-exercise?
Should you eat protein in the morning or whenever you exercise to build muscle? And have low carbs when you’re not exercising?
Is that how it is to be on a high protein/low carb diet. If not, please tell me the right how to diet.

How many carbs in a low carb diet?
I’m going to try a low carb diet combined with my normal workout routine. I understand low carb doesn’t mean no carb. How many carbs should I be taking in to be considered low carb and still be healthy?

How many grams of protein and carbs on a high protein low carb diet?
Hello all,
My doctor has recommended that I go on a high protein / low carb diet for my condition (it’s an enzyme dificiency). Between 1200 and 1400 calories a day.
I’ve been trying to do some research on the web but haven’t found many clear cut answers.
How many grams of protein and how many grams of carbs should I limit myself to on this kind of diet?

How can I keep a low carb diet if everything contains carbs?
I am really stressed out over this because I have PCOS, and I am supposed to keep a low carb diet to lower the effects and lose weight. I also want to get pregnant. I love veggies and fruit, but it seems like all the veggies and fruit have tons of carbs? I am so confused. I just had a tasty snack of red radishes, baby carrots, and cherry tomatoes…yumm..but im sure it was a fattening snack!

When watching what you eat lose weight, are calories or carbs more important to cut down on?
If you are trying to lose weight. Would it be more beneficial to look for foods with low calories, or low carbs? Also what are some good foods to eat when trying to lose weight?

Hypothetical Carb, Fat, Protein question as related to fat loss?
Hypothetical question- 3 men of similar weight and body composition go on special diets. One consumes 2200 calories from fat, another 2200 calories from carbs, and the other 2200 from protein. If their daily value calorie intake is 2500, would everyone lose the same amount of weight? What do you think would happen to each of them? Of course the effects are going to be detrimental, but in what ways. I am just trying to understand exactly how the carb/lipid/protein ratio affects weight loss. It seems as if all the energy in whatever form is going to be used up anyways.
