How do you measure 1 cup of lettuce? I’m starting a diet and in one of the sandwich recipes it calls for 1 c.

Lettuce and weight loss?
I am trying to have my third child and just found out that we did not conceive this month. I was disappointed but at the same time kind of relieve since this will give me a little time to drop some weight before once again putting my body through another 80 pound weight gain and a 9 pound baby. So, my question is this…what if I based my diet around lettuce and fruit….will this be a source of quick weight loss??? Thanks!!!
Oh yeah…I am taking prenatal vitamins to prepare my body for the impending stress of carrying another (my 4th) child.

Is this a healthy diet to get a six pack?
Well I want a six pack, and I am wondering if this is a healthy diet to get a six pack?
Breakfast – Weetabix or a healthy cereal.
Am snack – Apple
Lunch – Cheese sandwich with lettuce
Pm snack – Nuts
Dinner – Chicken, with potatoes or rice.
Exercise:
Lots of cardio (1 hour+ running, football)
Football at break time and lunchtime.
Before bed, some V crunches.

Does the negative calorie diet really work?
I would eat apples, peaches, lettuce and cabbage. I would drink unsweetened green tea and water. If it does REALLY work then could you tell me some more negative calorie foods?! Thanks!

Would you consider this a healthy daily diet for a 13 year old girl?
Breakfast: 1/2 an apple
small banana
clementine in sections
(all mixed together in a fruit salad)
with about a cup- cup 1/2 of 1% milk
Lunch: ham, salami, and cheese on wheat bread with lettuce and tomato.
and about a cup of baby carrot sticks
-with water
Snack:
1/2 cup of pretzel sticks
Dinner: 8oz grilled chicken breast cutlet
cup of brown rice
salad
with unsweetened iced tea (1-1 1/2 cups)
— plus she is constantly drinking water throughout the day, about 6 bottles.
Is this a healthy diet?

What ISN’T included in the Nutri System diet?
I was thinking of going on the nutri system diet and try it over the summer and i was wondering what extras i need to buy so that i dont waste too much money because the diet is expensive.
like for example if they give you a hamburger, do you need to buy the buns, lettuce, tomatoes, ..etc yourself?
Also does anyone know where i can find real pictures of some of the meals?
Im 16 years old, 5"9" male, 175lb , med frame.
