How long will it take to loose 30 pounds on the High Protein Low Carb Diet?

I know that with the High Protein Low carb diet you will lose faster then low calorie diets because of Ketosis, but if you did the diet how long did it take you to lose?
I am working out with a personal trainer, I just want to hear some personal experiences.

How should I loose weight quickly without diet pills?

I want to loose weight quickly and efficiently. I am a total health freak, so I don’t want any pills in my system, or anything funnky like that. If I can loose five pounds in a five day period, I’ll be satisfied. I am currently twelve years old, 5’2″, and 108 pounds. I have a big performance coming up, so I just want to loose a few pounds so I can look nice on stage. :]

You buy a great fleece in a sale but realise it’s too big cos of weight loss and appears loose on your figure?

But you bloody LOVE everything else about it (bought from a ‘Fat Face’ store in the last of their men’s range sale) and, even though an XL would have been so much better than the XXL, realise the limited availability of these tops and sale price mean you’re in two minds about taking it back?

On one hand, it may not compliment my new figure but it is cosy (especially with autumn approaching) and feels amazing. On the other, at ВЈ30 I could perhaps buy a fleece elsewhere that would be more figure hugging but doesn’t have the unique feel of a ‘Fat Face’ product?

What would you do??

What are the best diet pills to take to help you loose weight or decrease your appetite?

I had a baby almost 4 months ago. I am having alot of trouble loosing my babyfat. Very insecure about it. I have no time to work out like I want to. Due to being busy with two kids. Also Gaining alot of weight due to the implanon birth control. Please let me know of any diet ideas you have in mind.. Just want to loose 15-20 pounds. Having a very hardtime overcoming my cravings.

How to avoid loose skin during weight loss?

I am 300 pounds and I want to be 150. I was just wondering how can I avoid having loose skin after my weight loss? I don’t want to have to get surgery or anything. Is there something that will help with this?
