trying to lose weight… liquid diet recipes?

i have already lost a little weight but need to lose a couple of pounds more. does anyone know of any liquid diet recipes? like broth, the lemon juice and red pepper ( need recipe for this). please do not answer with slimfast, nutrisystem, ect. i dont want to buy anything online just want something i can do at home and is fairly easy. please help.

Good diet & exercise program to loose weight after pregnancy?

I’m 19 and getting ready to have a baby. I’ve been looking around for a good program to follow that doesn’t require really strict dieting like extremely low carbs or anything because whatever I eat is what my husband is going to eat for dinner, and he’s a marine so he obviously needs good nutrition.

What are some good programs we can both do and stay healthy.
Weight watchers and nutrisystem both said to wait until after breast feeding to start a diet, so i guess i need to look into a diet designed for someone who’s breastfeeding?

Which would be the best diet program for me?

I’m 15, 5’3", and 135 pounds. I’ve been down to 122 about 4 months ago, but I got it all back again plus more.
My goal weight is 110. I LOVE food. I plan to be a chef when I grow up and I know (and NEED) good food. I have no problem eating healthy foods, as long as they’re flavorful and not in tiny little portions (like some diet foods are).
I HATE excersing. I know, I should just suck it up and excercise, but I cry when I get on a treadmill. I really can’t do it.
I know what foods are fattening and what are not, that’s not my problem. I need something concrete that will motivate me and help me stay on task with my dieting (something like Nutrisystem, where you don’t have to make any decisions yourself).
I’ve thought about Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, and eDiets, but I’m still not sure…
Any ideas for a diet program?

okay im 14 but you know how you have to be 18 and older to try like acai berry and nutrisystem and alot of diet programs well what happens if u do the program and your 14?

Does the Nutrisystem Weight Loss Diet Program really work?

I plan on getting on the weight loss program in November (after having a baby). I would like to know if it really works???!!!! Just checked out their website and started looking around. I can’t find a price without letting them know my personal information. Does anyone know about how much it cost? Did it work for you? My plan is to drop about 50-60 pounds. The reason I am considering Nutrisystem is because the food is already made. With having a new baby I will be pressed for time. Please only respond if you have tried it or know someone that has. I am trying to find a diet plan that provides meals and gives me a list of the supplies I will need.
I am talking about a free site. Not something like weight watchers or nutrisystem.
